Biography
Asmini completed her B. Sc. at the University of Adelaide in 2008 and joined the Gilliham lab in 2009 as an honours student investigating Calcium compratmentation in Arabidopsis leaves. She started working as a research assistant towards the end of 2010 and has been there since providing support and general training to staff and students, as well as conducting general molecular biology experiments including in situ PCRs. She holds the current record for fastest pipette tip reloader and is the lab outing organiser.
